Service Description
Ready to bring crochet to life? Designed for children ages 6-12, this 8-week course is perfect for young crocheters who are ready to build on the skills they've already learned. Through fun, hands-on projects and step-by-step instruction, students will learn the techniques used to create adorable stuffed animals and crochet characters while gaining confidence with every stitch. Each class builds on the previous one, allowing students to develop new skills in a supportive environment where creativity, patience, and problem-solving are encouraged. Small class sizes provide plenty of opportunities for personalized guidance. Students will learn: • Working in continuous rounds • Magic Ring (Magic Circle) • Increasing and decreasing • Stitch markers • Reading beginner amigurumi patterns • Color changes • Stuffing and assembly • Sewing pieces together • Finishing techniques Prerequisites Students should complete the Beginner Crochet Course before enrolling. Students with prior crochet experience are welcome to enroll if they can confidently demonstrate the following skills: • Foundation chain • Slip stitch • Single crochet • Half double crochet • Double crochet • Turning work • Counting stitches • Reading a basic crochet pattern • Weaving in ends independently Course Details • 8-week course • 60-minute weekly sessions • Small class sizes • Materials included • Celebration Certificate Registration is required. Students may make up two missed classes within 60 days, subject to instructor availability.

Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Advance registration is required for all lessons, academies, workshops, and Crochet & Chill sessions. Enrollment is confirmed once payment or Step Up Direct Pay authorization has been received, when applicable. Class sizes are intentionally limited to provide personalized instruction. Private lessons require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may not qualify for a make-up session or refund. Registrations for academies, workshops, and Crochet & Chill are generally non-refundable unless canceled by Serenely Twisted Crochet. Students enrolled in multi-week academies are expected to attend each scheduled session. Students in 6-week academies are eligible for one (1) make-up class, while students in 8-week academies are eligible for up to two (2) make-up classes. Make-up classes must be scheduled within 30 days of the missed class, are subject to instructor availability, and cannot be guaranteed. Tuition reserves the student's place for the entire academy and is not prorated, refunded, or credited for missed classes or early withdrawal. Exceptions may be considered for documented medical emergencies or other extraordinary circumstances at the sole discretion of Serenely Twisted Crochet. Lessons and classes will conclude at their scheduled end time regardless of arrival time, and late arrivals do not qualify for extended lesson times, unless pre-approved. Families using Step Up Direct Pay are responsible for completing all required payment authorizations, and registration alone does not guarantee enrollment until payment or authorization has been finalized. In-home lessons may be available within the designated service area and are subject to instructor availability. If a lesson or class must be canceled due to severe weather, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered a make-up session or the opportunity to reschedule.
